One-Component Epoxy Liquid

The Liquid Coating sample is mixed and homogenized before being applied to an aluminum panel in a 500-μm-thick film. The aluminum panel is a 1 mm thick and cleaned before the application of coating. The coating film is allowed to cure on the aluminum for  2 h at ambient temperature. Once the film is cured, the panel is heated to 170 °C in a ventilated oven for about 15 min and then cooled to ambient temperature. About 2 h after curing, the aluminum panel is bent, and a coating scale is scraped off to obtain sufficient mass for further testing. The same type of coating removal is done if the product is applied to a steel substrate (pipe). The removed coating is placed in the test capsule
